**Your new role**
You will be working with a well-established and friendly team, who share common goals and objectives. Your role will be diverse and no two days will be the same. duties will include but not limited too;
- Provide diary management meeting arrangements for the Head of Quality and the Head of Operations, including booking venues, equipment and refreshments
- Produce agendas, attend meetings, take and distribute minutes and organise the efficient collation and distribution of any meeting documentation
- Provide routine administrative support including photocopying, filing, archiving and organising confidential destruction of dated documents
- Prepare papers, reports and PowerPoint presentations as necessary using the correct formatting and branding
- Assist in development of relevant Hub pages for the Quality and Operations areas of the business
- Assist with creation and use of databases as well as engaging in some data entry tasks
- Manage and process Head of Quality and Head of Operations expenses on a monthly basis
- Work with the Business Administration Manager on associated administrative and compliance processes and procedures
- Work collaboratively with the Business Administration Manager and the rest of the Administration Group to cover other tasks during periods of absence, holiday or increase in workload
- Assist with answering main switchboard calls politely, quickly and efficiently, transferring to relevant departments ensuring any messages are relayed in a timely manner
- Monitor and respond to content submitted via the comments box on the database and liaise with the Quality and Operations Managers when appropriate
- Responsibility for the annual PQQ process including preparation of the mailing distribution list, coordinating returns, ensuring data compliance and managing the data upload to the system
- Create Health & Safety report and share with Health & Safety Consultant on a monthly basis
