**Contract**: Permanent, Part time - Monday to Friday 11am to 2.30pm (17.5 hours per week)

**Responsibilities**

As a Quality Assured Advisor, you’ll be working within our Ministry of Justice and Home Office contract administration team, supporting the operational and office-based teams.

Your day to day will include:

- Checking paperwork for all open jobs and work orders to ensure all information correct
- Ensuring subcontractors paperwork and engineer time records are correct
- Flagging any system issues such as work orders not closing correctly are flagged
- Monitoring the MoJ and Home Office inbox for closure paperwork
- Reviewing performance reports and providing updates on actions taken and raising any escalations as required

- You can demonstrate sound working knowledge of software systems such as MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
