Emea HR Manager

I'm delighted to be partnering with a PE Backed firm in London on an exclusive basis. We are looking to hire a HR Manager EMEA to join the business on a permanent basis. This role requires fluency in both written and verbal French & English.
We are looking for a collaborative individual with a keen eye for people and detail. As HR Manager EMEA ,you will act as an advocate for both the company and the employees and must adapt to the changing needs of the business whilst delivering a customerfocused, comprehensive, pragmatic, and high level of service in line with the companies' policies, procedures and legal requirements.
Reporting to the European HR Director, the HR Manager will act as a true business partner and generalist to develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring effective communication across this 750 employee organisation.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Maintain a full knowledge of employment law & HR best practice and in conjunction with the HR team, ensure that all legislative changes are accurately reflected in company policies, handbooks, templates, literature etc.
- Provide professional and expert HR advice, guidance, coaching, training and support to employees and key stakeholders on a range of HR & ER topics - setting stakeholders for success to ensure that they have right skills, knowledge and behaviours to leadand deliver their business area.
- Make recommendations of development & training needs across the network.
- Coach and advise line managers on career development and identify succession plans for key positions and talent.
- Take the lead in all levels of disciplinary, grievance, capability and appeal hearings for the portfolio including the full coaching of managers and associated documentation. Supporting and giving pragmatic solutions whilst ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Continuously identify any risks within the community and develop strategies and action plans to ensure all issues are dealt with efficiently.
- Supporting the HR team in ensuring that Diversity and Inclusion practices are adhered to and are forefront in all HR processes.
- Global HR projects to continuously improve the HR function: People Strategy, Talent, Employee Engagement, DE&I, HRIS and Analytics etc
- Oversee and authorise the preparation and issue of appropriate contractual documentation in relation to appointments, terminations and variations of employment.
- Ensure all new starters have a positive onboarding experience, working with the Talent Acquisition Team and Line Managers to ensure a smooth induction to the business: induction, objective settings and HR check in.
- Anticipate future talent needs across the business and build own industry networks.
