Office Administrator

Due to company expansion and growth, an exciting opportunity has become available for an office administrator to join out team.
The role is a full time position, working 9.00 to 17.00 Monday to Friday based at our office in Wakefield.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- General office administration duties.
- Handling incoming and out going calls.
- Collating timesheets and recording Holidays and Sickness.
- Collating and processing expenses forms.
- Handling incoming post and deliveries.
- Providing administrative support to the management team.
- Organising meetings and site visits.
- Printing and organising site required paperwork.
- Microsoft Office, piratically excel.
- Good message and note taking.
- implementation of filing systems.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Wakefield, WF3 3HG: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
