**The job**
Providing sales support to our Field based Account Managers, this role is crucial to the success of the team.
This is a varied role providing customer support and dealing with sales support administration. This will include producing contracts and reports, systems updates and dealing with customers to resolve any issues.
With strong communication and time management skills you will build relationships with customers and deliver on their requirements whilst supporting the Account Management Team.
We are looking for a driven and energetic person who is after an opportunity that can lead to professional growth in sales.
This role is working on a hybrid basis, between home and the Aberdeen office.
**What you’ll do**
- Work closely with Sales Account Managers to manage the customer relationship and help plan and support account reviews
- Build knowledge of accounts and look at ways to enhance performance
- Work alongside the Commercial and Account Management teams with deal calculations for re-signs and new product deployment, contract preparation and commercial deal analysis
- Build up a good understanding of Arrow’s product portfolio
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Handling customer complaints should they arise
- Work with Sales Account Managers to manage any customer updates
- Create orders from internal systems according to customer requests
- Process key documentation such as proposals and contracts
- Ensure sales orders and quotations are completed efficiently and on time
- Develop knowledge of our products to be able to recognise cross sell opportunities
- Expediting customer and supplier orders

- The ability to build relationships with internal and external customers
- The ability to manage customer escalations through to resolution
- Strong written skills and good attention to detail
- Experience of producing accurate documentation
- Excellent organisational and time keeping skills
- A self-starter and able to work alone within a high-pressure environment
- Experience of working to deadlines
- Strong team player
- Enthusiastic and dependable
