IT Service Desk Apprentice

Job Role
We are looking to recruit an IT Helpdesk Apprentice who is a hardworking, organised individual with flexibility and a willingness to learn.

As an IT Helpdesk Apprentice your main roles and responsibilities will include:

- Taking support calls from clients
- Raising support tickets and resolving the issues
- Managing Office 365 requests
- Performing first-line fixes where possible
- Liaising with senior engineers.

**Qualifications Required**:

- You will be highly organised, have excellent verbal & written communication skills and a great telephone manner.
- You will be reliable, willing to work hard and eager to learn.
- You will be flexible, adaptable, possess the ability to multitask, have good interpersonal skills and be a team player.
- A natural love of technology and interest in IT is mandatory.

**Training to be provided**:
The apprenticeship will cover all aspects of the industry that our business works in with the ability to specialise as your experience and knowledge grows.

**Salary**: £10,000.00-£18,500.00 per year
