**What’s in a name?**

Our name The Peloton is derived from cycling and is used to describe the principle of surrounding the key rider with experts whom together perform faster than any one individual. This allows the key rider to gain performance way in excess of them on their own

**ROLE PURPOSE**:
Working 8.30 - 5.00, Monday to Friday, to create an efficient, effective, enjoyable working environment and where our clients are made to feel special and welcome whenever they make contact with us. This role is the first point of contact for anyone who contact us so great communication skills are key.
The role will also involve supporting the whole team with time critical administration duties, provision of excellent customer service& marketing as well as supporting the Chief of Staff.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Environment**
- To welcome all visitors to the office and provide refreshments;
- To be first point of contact for all phone calls and enquiries;
- To manage the weekly food ordering and lunch planning every week;
- To ensure the office environment is kept clean and tidy

**Accounts Admin**
- To manage the ‘new client process’ in close liaison with account managers;
- To file accounts and information at Companies House and HMRC as and when required;
- To provide general administrative support for the whole team;
- To help organise and support the delivery of team/client events;
- To scan and distribute all post;
- To support colleagues in arranging & booking meetings.
- To work on marketing campaigns to help grow the business

**Technical**
- To proof-read admin, accountancy, marketing and communications materials as required;
- To help maintain social media platforms & any other external marketing initiatives.

Any other tasks that are assigned on an ad-hoc basis by colleagues

**What The Peloton will provide**:
**Salary**: based on experience but starting from £19,500pa

Holiday: 25 days plus 8 days bank holidays per year pro rata

**Salary**: £19,500.00-£22,000.00 per year
