**Position Overview**
As our Entrepreneur-in-Residence, you will have the opportunity to develop, construct, and oversee vital components of our company. While we will offer guidance and support, we anticipate a high level of motivation and commitment from you to achieve exceptional outcomes.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Proven expertise in handling all aspects of business-building, managing the operations and guiding towards sustainable profitability.
- Recognition of the roles of key stakeholders: customers, talent, and investors.
- Experience in co-founding a company, working at a venture-backed firm, or equivalent intrapreneurial background.
- Responsibility for acquiring and maintaining comprehensive knowledge within the domain, ensuring a deep understanding of the industry and its intricacies.
- Understanding of industry challenges and a passion for solving them.

**What We Expect**
- Ready to commit full-time and exclusively to an entrepreneurial journey.
- Proven domain expertise and industry acumen are essential. Applicants should demonstrate prior experience and a deep understanding of industry challenges, coupled with a passion for problem-solving
- Previous experience co-founding and spearheading an early-stage company (product company or B2B venture) would be an added advantage.
- Generalist with solid skills in a key startup discipline (sales, tech, product, design, marketing, etc.)
- Experience pitching to investors and raising capital

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
