**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager to join our US/UK Tax Team at Rutherford Briant, a leading Top 10 Firm based in London. As a Senior Manager, you will work closely with the Partner to expand our client base and provide expert tax advice to high-net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of tax professionals in preparing tax returns, advisory reports, and restructuring projects for clients with complex tax needs.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including high-net worth individuals, entrepreneurs, and businesses, to provide tailored tax solutions and identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with lawyers, wealth advisers, and other professionals to provide comprehensive tax advice to clients with US and UK tax implications.
  • Plan and assign staff to ensure the team has the necessary expertise and experience to deliver high-quality tax services to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide expert advice to clients.

**Requirements**

  • Relevant qualification (CTA or ATT) and Enrolled Agent Status.
  • Strong experience working across US/UK Tax, preferably at Senior Manager grade or with the ability to step into this level.
  • Experience signing off on UK personal returns and US tax forms, and a deep understanding of the technical complexities faced by dual residents.
