**The Role**:
The role will involve collaboration with suppliers and partners to deliver our IT solutions and services in a secure, scalable, reliable and effective manner.

The Senior System Administrator role will work across the LumiraDx group to ensure our IT business systems and infrastructure enables the business to accomplish its global growth plans to be the market leading Diagnostic company in the world.

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the Corporate IT Help Desk
- Responding to Corporate IT Help Desk tickets
- Meeting SLA requirements
- Management of day to day Help Desk operations.
- Implementing system and processes.
- Continuous improvement to system and processes.
- SLA management and reporting.
- Management of Corporate Networks including;
- Corporate Network
- Firewalls
- WiFi
- VPN
- Participate in the Change Advisory Board as required.
- Conforming the Change Management policy and process.
- Act as an effective IT team member and contribute to the implementation of a pro-active and effective centralised IT support team that will advise, monitor, troubleshoot and support IT and business system requests to ensure the systems are operational, kept up to date, effective and efficient.
- Establish, document and maintain consistent processes and policies across the LumiraDx group for the management of our information and business systems that is aligned and compliant with our information security management system (ISMS)
- Ensuring effective knowledge of our IT and business systems for all employees with regular communication with effective and accessible training on how to best to setup, manage and utilize the systems in use
- Support the gathering of requirements, research into business system solutions, procurement, setup, configuration and training of new business systems
- Reporting as part of the Business Management Review Group (BMRG) the effectiveness and compliance of our corporate IT and business systems including but not limited to; KPIs, supplier performance reviews, incidents, feedback and legislation & key policy / procedure changes
- Participate in both internal and external audit activities as to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of the policies, procedures and the security of our implementations in our IT and business systems
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of a high level of innovation in the corporate IT team.
- Contribute to the culture of continual improvement and efficiency within our IT and business systems
- Contribute to workplace satisfaction and participate in opportunities with open and honest communication
- Ensuring all work produced is within the scope of corporate IT is sufficiently risk assessed and quality, regulatory & legally approved
- Work at all times in accordance with company policies, ethics and best practice
- Handle complaints in a calm, non-confrontational and courteous manner.
- Take responsibility for ensuring follow-up actions are taken and that in the case of a formal complaint the Regulatory Compliance Officer is promptly informed
- Undertake such other duties as may be required within the general scope of the job

**Quality / Regulatory Compliance**
- Adherence to Company Systems, Policies and Procedures
- Work in conjunction with the company’s Quality Policy and Quality Objectives
- Ensure trained on all appropriate procedures.
- Experience of working in an R&D compliance environment
- Experience of working in a regulated industry (medical, defence, aerospace) highly desirable.
