**Salary
- Up to £20,000 per year
We encourage all of our employees to be the best they can be.... and we reward this commitment with a **£500** pay rise after 3 months, followed by a further **£1500** pay rise when you progress to Senior Representative.**Responsibilities** The Billing team are responsible for ensuring we gather all the information required to supply the right invoice, every time, as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will be responsible for providing the correct details in order to support the recoveriesteam within the Enterprise Non-Fault department. Within the team you have a responsibility to make outgoing and take incoming calls from both customers and insurance providers, whilst ensuring you provide world class customer service. You will be requiredto use a variety of different systems and spreadsheets in order to gather the crucial data to make certain every invoice is correct.
Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Working towards personal and team deadlines and targets
- Answering internal and external queries
- Providing excellent customer service
- Auditing and reviewing invoices
- Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of invoices
- Basic use of Microsoft Excel
- A strong ability to multitask
- High attention to detail and the ability to organise your workload
- Good communication skills
- Analytical skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
**Location**: Victoria Road, Aldershot, Hampshire, GU11 1EJ.
**Hours**: Monday - Saturday, 8-5: Hours across 5 days. 1 in 3 expectation for Saturdays with a day off in lieu during the week. Full and part time opportunities available.
