This is a varied role reporting to a Key Accounts Manager in which you will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of the company.

You will need to be well organised, hard-working and flexible as this is a fast-paced role where you will be expected to manage your time effectively in order to meet our customers’ expectations.

ABC Doors is currently looking for an exceptional ~ Customer Account Administrator who is familiar with modern day customer service online systems. Quoting industrial doors repairs and new installations - preferred, updating spread sheets and liaising with engineers on site.

Your daily duties will be to support one of our sales teams customers accounts with everything from quoting industrial door install and repairs, to updating customers with telephone calls and online systems.

The position is full time and is ideally suited to an experienced customer service administrator who is familiar with the industrial door and security/access industry. With product and parts knowledge which will enable you to converse with customers and engineers more easily. Or alternatively someone who will learn the trade very quickly and become familiar with products and services we offer.

You may be required to undertake any other duties that reasonably fall within the scope of the role. The company reserves the right to vary your duties and responsibilities at any time according to the needs of the company.

**If you have industrial door industry customer service experience and are confident working knowledgeably with customers and engineers, please get in touch. As this is very much a service orientated role, where you will help enable our engineers to perform efficiently all over the UK by creating a clear pathway of permits, bookings, convenient geographical routes and stop outs in hotels.**

Hours are 8-5 Monday to Friday with 25 days holiday, and we are based off the A57 in Irlam (M44 5PN).

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- system administration: 1 year (preferred)
- INDUSTRIAL DOOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT: 1 year (preferred)
- Being confident on the telephone & computer, strong Excel skills is essential
- High level of numeracy/literacy skills
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to prioritise workloads and being organised
- Ability to work using your own initiative and as a member of the team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
