Our client is the UK’s leading marketing and communications company within the print industry. They are looking for an experienced Account Administrator to support their fast-paced Account Management Team.

As a direct line between a client, internal functions and suppliers, the Account Administrator is part of the Account Management Team and is responsible for supporting the successful performance and growth of the client relationship.

**The Role**:

- Understanding your job role and how it relates to the clients’ requirements
- Develop and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Follow the companies processes and procedures for the client account being worked on, ensuring SLA’s and KPI’s are being met
- Ensure all documentation is issued in line with the agreed job delivery timelines and companies processes
- Issuing label requests to suppliers, label approval and filing
- Issuing warehouse forms to suppliers and monitoring the booking in process
- POD collection, filing and supplying to the client
- Initiative sheet vs PEP order reconciliation
- Keeping the delivery tracker up to date
- Invoicing
- Demonstrate an understanding of the commercial and contract deliverables (including SLAs and KPIs) for your client account
- Engage and support the procurement team with the creation of new campaigns.
- Have excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Adaptable and willing to learn
- Can work both independently and within in a team
- Positive, resilient and supportive of team members
- Have outstanding customer service skills
- Have a can-do attitude and a drive solve problems and find solutions.

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
