Overview:
GMATL is a charity which provides accessible transport to people who are unable to use ordinary public transport.

We are seeking an Accounts and Administrative Assistant to join our Head Office team based in central Manchester. Hybrid working is available and flexible working will be considered and can be discussed at interview.

**Responsibilities**:
**Finance**
- Processing end to end weekly and monthly payroll using Sage 50
- Processing invoices and making payments to suppliers using Sage 200
- Administration related to the Company pension schemes

**HR**
- Supporting the recruitment process, including placing adverts, shortlisting and interviewing
- Processing new starter information
- Producing HR documents, letters, contracts
- Attending and taking minutes at meetings
- Maintaining HR records
- Training administration

**You must have**:
Experience and knowledge of processing payroll

Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically MS Word and Excel

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks

Ability to travel to other Company locations across Greater Manchester on occasion

**Desirable to have**:
Experience of accounts payable

Experience of Sage Payroll and Sage 200

**Benefits**:
