Job Summary:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement a varied activities programme suitable for residents in a residential home setting.
- Organise and lead group activities, outings, and events to promote socialisation and engagement.
- Collaborate with care staff to ensure activities are tailored to meet the individual needs of residents.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback on activities.
- Liaise with families and external organisations to enhance the range of activities available.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all activities.

**Skills**:

- Experience in providing care or senior living services, particularly in dementia care or assisted living environments.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff.
- Strong organisational abilities to plan and coordinate a diverse range of activities.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine passion for enhancing the well-being of elderly residents.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 33 per week
