As **HR Shared Services Team Leader **you will assist the HR Shared Services Manager by supervising and developing a team of HR Assistants to create a centre of excellence which delivers accurate and efficient HR services to the business.
**You will be accountable for**:
- Coordinate, manage and support the HRSS team’s daily workloads, to ensure transactions are shared in the most efficient manner across the team, achieving or exceeding service level agreements.
- Ensure the provision of outstanding customer service while adhering to regulatory and company guidelines and requirements, ensuring efficiency and economy.
- Regularly quality check HR helpdesk call handling to ensure high standards of customer services are net and maintained, identifying areas of improvements.
- Maintain the integrity and quality of HR data ensuring accurate entry of data into HR systems at all times. Adhere to audit and compliance activity as required and lead on quality checks, reporting on the results.
- Provide an ‘hands on’ approach to ensure the team deals effectively and efficiently with enquiries to deliver a positive customer experience in a timely manner to agreed SLAs.
- Provide information to managers and employees on a range of HR policies and procedures as required via all communication channels as an SME.
- Contribute to the development and introduction of new administrative processes and review SOPs periodically, contribute to projects and work with the HRSS Manager to implement and embed changes.
- Take responsibility of establishing and maintaining appropriate files and records, allowing all information to be quickly retrieved.
- Liaise with other departments within the organisation and external bodies as required to develop and maintain efficient and effective working practices
- Ensure a strong and robust communication process between members of the team, leading communications sessions and ensuring the appropriate dissemination of information.
**To be successful in this role you will require the following**
- CIPD qualification/membership or time served in HR, ideally in HRSS roles
- Experience of working in a customer orientated HR team
- Experience of transactional HR activities
- People management experience or equivalent level of knowledge gained working in a busy HR environment
- Experience of HR systems and case management processes
- Used to handling confidential information
- Experience of working within a customer service focussed team environment.
