Rehabilitation Assistant

**Job Summary:** We are currently seeking a Rehabilitation Assistant - Brain Injury Specialist to provide high-quality support to individuals with acquired brain injuries at Leader Recruitment Group.

This exciting opportunity involves assisting clients with integration into their communities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and completing allocated training to a satisfactory standard within the required timeframe. A strong understanding of good practice guidelines and standards of consent is essential, along with the ability to implement instructions and guidelines accurately.

The ideal candidate will have a background in health or social care, with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK. Preference is given to drivers and female candidates. You will also be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check and adhere to our company's code of conduct.

**Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with accessing vocational and recreational activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Complete allocated training to a satisfactory standard
