Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Associate

Leader Recruitment Group is seeking an experienced Physiotherapy Rehabilitation Associate to join our rehabilitation team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with individuals who have acquired brain injuries, providing them with the necessary support to integrate into their communities and participate in vocational and recreational activities.

This dynamic role involves working closely with our Case Managers and therapists to develop tailored plans that cater to the individual needs of each client. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and patience, as well as the ability to absorb complex information and training provided by our Case Managers and therapists.

**Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to identify goals and objectives
• Develop and implement tailored rehabilitation plans
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination

We offer a competitive salary of £13-£14 per hour, paid weekly, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including company pension scheme, attendance at mandatory training sessions, and bespoke specialist training in ABI / Neurological conditions. Preference is given to drivers and female candidates.
