As Director of Key Accounts, you will be responsible for:

- Implementing all necessary actions to carry out the plan for the account, defining customer governance, providing plan review and presenting the account plans
- Identifying and defining Strategic Initiatives, in collaboration with the customer, to generate growth beyond business as usual and contributing to the building and strengthening of a customer relationship
- Being the face of organisation for the customer and support driving and securing strategic initiatives as defined in the Account Plan
- Maximizing customer satisfaction by taking steps with the customer to build trust and loyalty between the two organizations
- Aligning the internal stakeholders to deliver the best solutions to the customers

We are looking for leaders who are capable of driving results across virtual teams and able to represent a global organisation with strong ability to convince, persuade and negotiate, both internally & externally.
