They’re the heart and soul of what we do From climbing adventures to artsy escapades, salon sensations, sport spectaculars, melodic magic, media masterpieces, culinary creations, garden get-togethers, gaming galas - we’ve got it all tailored with love for our young champs.

**Role Overview**:
Are you ready to be a hero of heart and inclusion? We’re searching for spirited souls to join our Hiveability squad as Volunteer Youth Workers. As a volunteer, you’ll be the cheerleader, high-fiver, and activity extraordinaire Dive into the fun alongside our extraordinary young champs, ensuring they have a blast while feeling totally supported - all with the warmth of inclusion and kindness.

**Responsibilities**:

- Be the ultimate cheerleader, high-fiver, and buddy to our young stars with additional needs
- Get involved in planning and rocking out Hiveability activities that’ll make Sundays unforgettable
- Encourage and support our young heroes as they conquer climbing walls, unleash the inner Picassos, whip up amazing dishes, and more
- Be the guardian of safety and happiness for all our young adventures, with a sprinkle of inclusion and kindness
- Team up with other awesome staff to keep good vibes buzzing and the smiles spreading

- A heart bursting with passion for youth empowerment and inclusion, particularly for those with additional needs
- An understanding and empathy for the unique needs of our young people, with a dedication to making them feel valued and supported
