**Full Time hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm OR 8:30 am to 4:30 pm - 30 mins lunch break**

We are a well-established company, founded in 1957, and specialists in commercial vehicle rental. Our Business has 6 rental depots, with fully equipped maintenance workshops in the North and South of England. From these depots we operate approximately 2000 vehicles (of which 900 are above 3.5 tons).

**Role Overview**:
The role of Administrator will be suited to someone either looking for a change from their current admin role, that has an interest working in the commercial vehicle industry, or a more junior person who is looking for an opportunity to work in a commercial office environment for the first time. It is a very important and responsible position within the company; it will be varied, and you will be kept busy at all times. Detailed training will be provided in the use of all company software systems and associated procedures/processes. Your core responsibilities will be to provide Operational/Administration support for the depot and the sales team.

**Administrator Duties**:

- Answering the telephone
- Dealing with used-vehicle advertising and uploading on the company website
- Updating the company website with news, successes and general info
- Using a variety of sales platforms to create exciting sales adverts with used-vehicle information
- Dealing with paperwork associated with the sale of used vehicles
- General administration duties as and when required

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency to an intermediate level with Microsoft packages, Word, Excel and Outlook
- Ability to multi-task and think on your feet
- An excellent telephone manner coupled with confidence and a sense of humour
- Ability to learn new procedures quickly and flexibility in your approach to adjust to the business needs
- Understanding of the importance of teamwork and attention to detail
