We're recruiting dedicated and compassionate Clinical Care Workers to join our Clinical Services Team to provide care to our clinical clients in and around the** Colchester area.**

We are currently recruiting experienced clinical carers** **to join our team. In addition we provide a comprehensive clinical training and induction programme, overseen by professional nurses, to ensure you have the skills and confidence to succeed in your role working as a Clinical Carer within the Clinical Services Team.

We are looking for people who have excellent people skills, are great communicators and can work effectively in a team as well as independently.

We believe that homecare is a way of improving people's lives and within your role as a Clinical Carer you will be responsible for helping them to continue living the life they prefer to lead within their own home environment.

**Clinical tasks may include**:(Dependant on client)
- Catheter Care
- Epilepsy Management
- Gastrostomy Care
- Enteral feeding and medication administration
- Medication Management
- Nebuliser and or Oxygen Management
- Naso-gastric Care
- Invasive and non
- invasive ventilation
- Oxygen/Saturation Monitoring
- Spinal Injury Care
- Tracheostomy care
