**Job Title**:
Customer Services/Collections Representative

**Who We Are**:
Ink and Toner Recycling Ltd is one of Europe’s leading companies specialising in the management and recycling of used printer cartridges. We specialise in simple printer cartridge recycling solutions for businesses and organisations across the UK, ensuring that used printer cartridges are managed in the most environmentally responsible way.

We are looking for an enthusiastic person who is looking to join our Customer Services/Collections team. If you want to work for rapidly expanding company with great career prospects then you could be what we are looking for.

**The Role**:
**Your Background**:

- Strong IT skills
- Be competent using Microsoft office
- Have experience in an office environment
- Excellent communicator
- Confident telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Flexible
- Be able to work well as part of a team.

**Duties include**:

- Call existing suppliers
- Dealing with Enquiries
- Updating our internal data bases
- Arranging Customer Collections
- Customer Account Management

**The Benefits**:

- £21k - £23k dependent on background and experience.
- 28 days annual holiday (including bank holidays).
- Entitlement to join company pension scheme upon successful completion of probationary period.

**Salary**: £21,000-£23,000.00 per year
