Reporting to the UK Brand Manager, this position will be key for supporting the creation and implementation of 360-degree Brand Advertising campaigns to increase brand and product consideration. As part of the Demand Generation team, they will also support broader business objectives with an increased focus on measurement, customer acquisition and Return on Investment (ROI).
To be successful in this role, the Brand Executive will need strong project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to take ownership of their work and demonstrate initiative. They will need to be capable of working and liaising with internal teams to develop strong working relationships. And will be expected to manage external agencies and strategic partners to develop and deliver high quality campaigns.
**How will you make an impact in this role?**
- Lead the media planning and execution of integrated brand marketing campaigns to support the UK Brand Strategy ensuring timely delivery of all necessary approvals.
- Manage a variety of external agency stakeholders across media, creative development, PR, and experiential to deliver brand activations and campaigns.
- Manage performance tracking and marketing budget for brand & advertising campaigns, end-to-end supplier payment and reconciliation
- Partner with multiple cross-functional teams (i.e., Global Brand, PR, Experiences, Acquisition, Product and Merchant) on planning and executing 360 campaigns
- Lead external creative agency, challenging them to create work that is relevant and fresh. Ensure that all creative work meets standards for excellence, technical accuracy, integrity of claims, and legals
- Lead bi-weekly Integrated Agency Team planning sessions bringing teams together to drive everyone towards a common goal by ensuring all stakeholders are clear on objectives, R&Rs and delivery outcomes
- Gather and analyse internal and external data to support the creation of insight-led briefs and campaigns
- Flexibility to support with Demand Generation strategic projects as appropriate
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Self-starter with excellent critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to confidently build rapport, credibility and influence at all levels
- Passion for advertising & strong understanding of media fundamentals, measurement solutions and trends.
- Proven campaign management experience with above-the-line and/or Digital Marketing
- Ability to understand and use data to inform strategic decisions, discuss and debate ideas, and develop an informed point of view.

- Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling multiple ongoing projects with varying priorities, deliverables, and deadlines.
