**Brand Executive**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Executive to join us. As Brand Executive, you will contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote up to 3 brands. You will work closely with and support the Lead Brand Managers to inform market strategy, comms strategy, sales strategy, and product strategy accordingly. Ensuring all brand campaigns and launches are delivered on time and in line with our brand goals and guidelines, building close relationships with PR and Communications, Creative and Digital channel owners to deliver the brand plan to budget with our ambitious global targets front of mind.
We are a collective of luxury interior brands, each with a special role to play, and two manufacturing brands (Anstey Wallpaper Company and Standfast & Barracks). At Sanderson Design Group we are Sanderson, Morris & Co., Zoffany, Harlequin, Clarke & Clarke, and Scion and our purpose is ‘to bring the beautiful into people’s homes and lives’.
**Responsibilities**
- Work with the Lead Brand Manager to drive Brand Strategy and positioning by analysing the market and identifying key business opportunities
- Work on raising brand awareness and share of voice within the luxury interiors market
- Write clear briefs to share with internal and external stakeholders and project manage brand activations, support the Lead with comprehensive timelines and calendars to measure activity and realise the Brand vision
- Create awareness of and develop the Brand, by building new concepts that fit the brand visions and meet the customers’ needs
- Work with Lead Brand Manager to develop and implement a marketing strategy (often as part of a wider sales and marketing programme). Consider a 360-marketing approach for each brand conferring with all specialist areas to ensure campaigns are well rounded and well executed
- Communicate with target audiences, build and develop customer relationships
- Help write briefs to deliver robust marketing plans
- Source advertising opportunities and work with key stakeholders to manage media plans
- Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to ensure briefs are met for all assets
- Organise and attend digital and physical events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and brand activations
- Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Liaise with wider business functions to evaluate and review marketing campaigns, advertising, and SEO to make sure the correct mediums are being used and campaigns are effective
- Track marketing performance and return on investment and prepare weekly or monthly reports for the wider business
- Analyse and report on competitor activity to understand the market sector, sharing ideas and trends with Brand teams to enhance brand strategy
- Monitor budgets to ensure marketing spend is in line with ROI and P&L
- Collate product for collection launches and arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
- Build presentations to share with internal and external parties
- Support all functions of the Marketing department when required
- Organise all files and build best practice processes
- Manage workflows for your brand (using tools such as Google, Office and Asana)
**Experience & Skills**
- Marketing or equivalent degree and/or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing role
- A strategic thinker
- A highly self-motivated brand-led individual with the ability to focus and drive to meet goals, deadlines and manage a demanding workload is key
- Highly structured and organised
- Experience and knowledge of implementing successful projects/operations
- Excellent attention to detail with ability to think creatively
- Excellent budgetary management skills
- Customer focussed
- Knowledge of the industry would be beneficial
- Great team player
- Able to negotiate
