We are committed to innovation and excellence, and we're looking for a dynamic and talented Complaints Manager to join our amazing team in Farringdon, London.


Role Objective:


Working across all our Northern European brands (CREATE Fertility, Vitanova, Creovita, Livio, Livio Egg and Sperm Bank, abc ivf, and IVI), the Senior Brand Executive will support the Brand Marketing Manager with website content, email campaigns, hosting both virtual and in-person patient events, and producing marketing materials such as videos, animations, and brochures.


Duties and Objectives:


  • The Senior Brand Executive will join the Brand Marketing team, which includes a Brand Manager and a Marketing Executive, while also being part of the wider marketing team of six people.
  • Working across all our brands, the Senior Brand Executive will be responsible for creating written, visual, and video content for our websites, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • You will work closely with staff in our clinics and other back-office departments to ensure that our brand is properly represented throughout the company and at every stage of the patient journey.
  • You will build relationships with previous patients to create a portfolio of patient ambassadors for testimonials, videos, events, and PR opportunities.
  • You will monitor competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive in the market and continue to offer our patients the best experience.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • We are looking for someone with a degree in Marketing, Business, or English, ideally with 2-3 years of professional marketing experience
  • You must have strong writing skills and keen attention to detail
  • As a busy marketing team managing multiple projects simultaneously, we need someone who is organised and able to handle several tasks at once
  • We value collaboration and welcome everyone’s thoughts and ideas, so we are looking for someone who is confident in sharing their opinions and suggestions
  • Video editing and Photoshop skills would be advantageous
