The person we are looking for to fill this role will be an advocate for these initiatives and work with clients and internal teams to emphasise the Colas offer of thought leadership, social value and solutions, in support of Government and Local Authority drive towards Net Zero.

Main Responsibilities
This new role has been created to support the functions of Innovation, Client engagement and Marketing. The role is a good opportunity to gain exposure across the Colas business, in the UK and wider, actively supporting client and internal engagement. The role will report to the Client Director but operate across the three newly-create ‘value streams’ of the UK business, giving a variety of activity and being part of a dynamic, creative and supportive team. You will be working with the existing small team on events, media releases, sponsorships to communicate the Colas message. You will be working to promote and explore decarbonisation, ‘connected infrastructure’ solutions and themes such as social value and Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI). You will be tracking existing client activity and understanding market dynamics, this role will find and communicate useful intelligence on market activity to support Colas client-facing activity
