Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the operations team
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
- Preparing documentation to support damage and additional work
- Liaising with sites to query any discrepancies or missing information
- Recording parts usage
- Weekly stock reconciliation
- Weekly timesheet submissions for hours worked by staff and contract workforce
- Keeping staff attendance records on sickness and holidays
- General office and procurement administration
- Using the My Compliance portal to record and manage tooling and assets
- Arrange inspection of plant and equipment
- Assisting Fleet Planner with document control of maintenance documents
- Assisting Fleet Planner with any additional duties as and when required
- Provide other general administration support to the site management team as required
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
- Multisite work visits when needed

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Proficient in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to quickly learn new software systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate needs and find solutions
