Engagement Manager - Healthcare systems

Remote working - South East Coast / London

£32,600 - £36,200

As a Health System Engagement Manager you will deliver agreed plans to improve health outcomes for people by working to reduce variation and improve care, treatment, and prevention via influencing and partnership working activity. You will build trustedrelationships to increase understanding of health issues and encourage uptake of the charity’s tools and resources and support health system professionals and communities to improve overall care.

You will monitor delivery of service provision and continuously gather frontline insights and intelligence to inform thinking and work, including actively listening to and ensuring that beneficiaries voices are heard within the system. You will work withinternal colleagues across South-East Coast and London and the wider organisation to drive sustainable changes for improvements in health care utilising influence, support, campaigning and mobilisation as appropriate.

Experience required:

- Experience of making change happen through influencing and/or campaigning, preferably in a healthcare situation
- Experience of building productive relationships and able to communicate in a compelling way with a wide range of people, demonstrating strong personal credibility and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proactive approach to identifying what needs to be done and making this happen.
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience of managing relationships with internal and external senior audiences with
- fluency and confidence
- Experience of delivering cross organisational projects on time
- Good understanding of healthcare professional culture, the NHS and how changes are affecting
- healthcare professionals
- Build credibility with healthcare professionals, creating a sense of community and shared
- purpose amongst the key stakeholders
