Junior Community Build Engagement Manager - Telecommunications
We are a UK based, full fibre provider that is rolling out our 1 gigabit per second broadband network to homes and businesses across the UK.
You do, each one of us has a voice and collectively contribute to building brsk. We're looking for someone to work with our Community Build Engagement Manager to engage with ourcommunities we are building in from the ground up. You will need to be able tobuild strong rapport with both internal and external stakeholders, with a focus on building long lasting relationships with residents whilst we are developing our networks in their area.You will also engage with communities through councils and MPs when we are moving our areas to an approved stage of build.
With your ear close to the ground you will be able to give a clear picture of how our communities are feeling, supporting our delivery team by being available to resolve resident issues and complaints.
You'll educate, guide and inform people on the rollout of the brsk network, answering questions about our work and demonstrating that we're here to make their lives better and creating communities that are as passionate about brsk as we are.
We are looking for a confident,enthusiastic and flexible individual who is candevelop and manage key relationships. You will love speaking to people and be fantastic at communicating and negotiating both verbally and in writing especially when resolving residents issues and complaints
You will be passionate about engaging with your local community to ensure that the communities we are building inunderstand what we are doing and why we are doing it. You will be a great ambassador for our brand at all times.
You must have your own transport so you can travel to the communities we are building in in the Midlands, visiting them several times each week.
Experience in telecoms would be advantageous but not essential
Salary - up to £30k depending on experience Location - Midlands (we cover a wide range of areas with the Midlands,we do not have an office so you will be based from home with frequent travel to your region)
