**Chesterfield (Head Office) with Agile Working**
**The Customer Services Team at CCS Media has an opportunity for an additional administrator. A keen eye for detail is essential to be successful within this role. You will a have passion for supporting our day-to-day business and an eagerness for offering improvements in processes. You will need to be driven and have the ability to work on your own and as a team.**

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Deal with customer queries
- Liaising with internal departments and sales teams
- Communicating with customers and suppliers
- Processing customer credits
- Arranging collections
