Customer Care Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Care Administrator to join our team at Interaction - York.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and direct incidents and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer care support to our clients.
  • Assist in coordinating the day-to-day running of the Customer Care team.
  • Collaborate with the Care Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.

Working Hours:

Monday 8:30am – 5pm, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 8am – 5pm, and Friday 8:30am – 3:30pm.

Salary: £24,689.60.
