Claims Training Team Leader
Location: Bexhill, London or Leicester
Role purpose:
We are looking for a Claims Training Team Leader to join our growing L&D team. You will be responsible for leading a team of Claims trainers to deliver best in class claims training for new colleagues joining the business and existing colleagues.
Day to Day:
- Lead, motivate, recruit and inspire your team to deliver best in class training, aligned to relevant L&D and organisational outcomes- Ensure consistent, compliant delivery of induction training aligned to our hiring plans across all of our operational area and scheduling these as applicable- Develop relationship with key stakeholders including outsourcers to ensure compliance of learning, ensure teams has correct materials, conducting observations and ensure trainers are signed off- Work closely with partners across relevant claims operational areas and key stakeholders to support the prioritisation of learning along with ensuring our offering is aligned to organisational goals and build capability of the team- Continuously improves and develops, keeping up to date with latest leadership, delivery, learning trends and strive to evolve our offering as well as offer innovative approach- Responsible for setting outcomes of learning delivery with OD & Capability partner and able to measure and articulate how we are measuring success- Own and drive colleague and team performance, including conducting training observations, measuring against agreed outcomes and proactively take action when needed- Set the highest standards, creating a high-performance culture and an environment where colleagues are engaged and can thrive through clear direction/support and celebrate success well, recognising where colleagues within your team (and more widely) have delivered excellent results

Knowledge & Experience- Passion for people development and leadership- Ability to work to exacting deadlines and leading self and others through high volume paced delivery/ change- Experience in managing a variety of stakeholders- Demonstratable experience leading in a learning or operational context evidencing
