**The role...**

Help develop effective communications plans to deliver our Securitas UK employee engagement and internal communication strategies.

Help define and deliver engaging, measurable, two-way communications aligned to Securitas UK business priorities through a variety of channels, to target our Securitas UK internal audiences and key stakeholders.

**What you will be doing...**
- Help develop and deliver Securitas UK employee engagement plans to increase employee engagement.
- Staff Engagement Survey 2016 results and action planning
- Staff Engagement Survey 2017 from inception to action planning
- Community Awards nominations, Make a Difference awards and external industry awards
- Corporate Social Responsibility i.e. national / local charities
- Help develop and deliver Securitas UK internal communication plans to support key business priorities including HR and Training, Key Marketing campaigns i.e. expos, successful bids, customer experience.
- Help create regular management information to demonstrate the effectiveness of communication channels, media and engagement activities.

- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent influencing skills - able to build strong relationships and network with Securitas UK colleagues
- Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail
- To be able to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office i.e. word, excel, powerpoint
- Able to work using own initiative or within a team environment
- Educated to degree level (desirable)
- Some experience in communications
- Event design / management
- Media/media production experience including intranet
