This opportunity is at our unique, Specialist Family Residential service, the only one of its kind in the UK. A place where parents addicted to drugs or alcohol come with their children to change their lives and determine their futures. We’re looking for skilled, dedicated and passionate staff to join us on flexible hours, to form part of our pool of sessional staff at our Sheffield Family Residential Service.

**Skills required**:

- Ability to evaluate and interpret information and think creatively
- Flexible and adaptable

Previous experience is desirable, however not essential. Support Workers come from many different backgrounds and experiences, and you may have the transferable skills required. We are seeking dedicated individuals, based on your values, willingness to learn new skills and the compassion to deliver the best service possible to our residents.

Relief work is on a casual basis and a specific number of hours each week cannot be guaranteed. Successful applicants will be added to a pool of Relief staff to provide cover as and when needed. Flexibility is required to provide cover required and may include full days, half days, overnights and weekends.
