**Role Specific Responsibilities**
- Reporting any damages, problems, and general traffic concerns
- Confirm UK bookings and arrange Transport with approved subcontractors
- Enforce quality and compliance standards (MSA & SQM) within the UK Networks
- Organize held over freight with a view to protect service
- Liaise with Pall-Ex Regional Management and Compliance teams
- Customer/depot clearance management
- Late trunk analysis
- Incorrect HUB freight analysis
- Economy traffic monitoring
- Provide and supply information for the daily UK Network handover reports
- Adhere to the company goals, values, and objectives
- Assist with depot training and support where required
