CK Group are recruiting for a Bioreactor Hardware Engineer to join a biotechnology start-up based in Cambridge on a permanent basis.**The Company**:
Our client are engineering a scalable, end-to-end Cultured Meat production system, including bioprocesses, enabling technologies, software, hardware and raw materials to empower food producers all over the world to make their own cultivated meats tailored localtastes and desired specifications.

This role is located at our client's site in Cambridge and will allow for hybrid working.
**Bioreactor Hardware Engineer Role**:
Your main duties will be:

- Designing, fabricating, assembling, and possibly validating fully-functional bioreactors for cells. This includes the actual vessel as well as sensors and control systems.
- Planning, efficient execution, comprehensive analysis and presentation of experimental data.
- Coordination of engineering projects.
**Your Background**:

- Minimum a bachelors degree in mechanical, chemical or bio-engineering.
- Ideally a relevant PhD or multiple years of post-graduate work experience.
- Hands on experience in designing, fabricating, assembling and validating fully functional bioreactors for cells.
