Bioelectronic Devices & Sensors - Fabrication Techniques - Computational Fluid Dynamics - Biological Sensing

Main Responsibilities:
- Designing and building new bioreactors.
- Setting up, optimizing, and operating bioreactors.
- Planning, efficient execution, comprehensive analysis and presentation of bioreactor experiments.
- Coordination of engineering projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Analysis of data from bioelectronic sensors/devices, including Equivalent Circuit Modelling.
- Fabrication techniques such as prototyping, lithography, 3D CAD, moulding, freeze-drying, 3D printing, metal works (e.g., soldering), etc.
- Electronic Impedance Spectroscopy.
- Computational modelling of results from bioelectronic devices/sensors to correlate those results with biological phenomenon as well as other computational modelling in general such as Computational Fluid Dynamics.
- Cell culture, ideally adherent mammalian cells.
- Development and use of bioreactors (micro or large) integrated with bioelectronic sensors.
- Development and creation of bioelectronic substrates for cell growth, such as conducting scaffolds or conducting hydrogels.
- Sourcing and procurement of materials and equipment for bioelectronic devices and sensors.
