We’re looking for a **Practice Support Advisor** to join our **Denplan** Practice Support team for the next 5 months.

Working within our dental division (Denplan) you’ll be responsible for delivering a consistently excellent service to our dental clients.

Account managing a number of clients; you’ll build strong relationships with your dental practices, take ownership of any incoming work, and maintain the CRM database. A large amount of your time will be spent on the phone answering queries, providing support and advice.

You’ll be supporting with queries big or small - this could be regarding patients, clinical, financial reports, training or new business. So, your days will be varied and fast-paced

Whilst providing frontline support is your key objective, you’ll also work closely with the Business Development Consultants in your team - championing Denplan and our products and services so we continue to grow the business.
