This role offers a unique opportunity to join their high-energy sales team to contribute to driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Sales Support Advisor, you'll provide crucial administrative support, managing a portfolio of small accounts, issuing quotes, supporting proposals, and ensuring all customer requirements are met promptly.

This position requires a motivated individual with strong B2C sales support experience, exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities through various channels.

**You will need**:

- The ability to engage with customers to understand their needs, coordinating all customer requirements to deadlines.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position products in the market
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimise and achieve collective goals
- Reporting to the Group Sales Manager on Accounts spend and growth opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
