Small market research company based in Shirley, Solihull are looking for a Project Manager (Market Research) to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity for you to own the role and be able to also bring new ideas to the business.Within this role you will be responsible for:

- Writing recruitment screeners
- Managing the recruitment process and being the primary contact with our network of recruiters
- Booking venues and locations for qualitative research
- Preparing fieldwork packs for Moderators and issuing fieldwork itineraries
- Liaising directly with clients
- Setting up and managing recruitment-only projects (for external agencies)
- Using our online platform to input key project information for online fieldwork
- Basic video editing - not essential as can be taught
My client are looking for someone who is keen to take on responsibility early. You need to be confident and comfortable being in direct contact with the tram and clients.
**About you**:

- General experience of project management and administrative processes
- Ability to manage your own workload - to juggle and prioritize as needed, and manage your own time effectively
- Experience of market research (and market research terminology), ideally in an agency, you don’t need to be an expert, but you should know the basics
- Numerate and comfortable setting up qualitative research fieldwork (writing screeners, liaising with recruiters, booking venues)
- Able to schedule multiple diaries efficiently and provide regular updates in an ever changing environment
- Exposure to qualitative approaches is an advantage
- Familiar with standard Office packages (Teams, Excel, PPT and Word specifically)
- A willingness to edit audio and video (via AdobePremier)
- Excited about a career in research
- A big appetite for learning
This role is hybrid working with 1-2 days working from the office every week.
Hours of work 37.5 (flexible on start and finish times)
