A rapidly expanding performance marketing and web design agency that works with well-known companies and innovative startups worldwide in the direct-to-consumer sector.

Responsibilities:
  • Establishing Google and Bing ad campaigns while making sure the campaign structure is solid and carrying out competitor analysis and keyword research;
  • Researching, producing, and writing effective ad text for targeted advertisements;
  • Utilising audience targeting, bid and budget management, structure optimisation, and ad optimisation in tandem to manage and optimise campaigns;
  • Analysing data and offering suggestions to enhance advertising effectiveness;
  • giving clients a weekly status report;
  • Writing reports and assessing the success of campaigns.

Platform expertise:
  • Bing advertisements (desired); Google analytics (required); Google ads (required).

Requirements:
  • Four years minimum of experience managing a Google Ads account
  • Desired agency background
  • Outstanding communicator
  • Dynamic in handling problems
  • Creative thinker
  • Open to picking up new skills
  • Thrilled about the rapidly evolving agency scene.

Location: Solihull (hybrid)
