Oxford, United Kingdom Allen Associates Full time

We are looking for a dedicated EA to support the Director at a local entrepreneurial and private investment company. The head office is based in London, however you will be working at the small offices in Oxford alongside the Director. Working on a temporarypart-time basis, this will be an excellent opportunity to utilise your skills and gain some fantastic exposure within an interesting field. You will work 3 full days or 4 shorter days and be based in the office initially whilst you get up to speed. It maybe long term that the role increases to full time.

**Temporary Part-time EA/Administrator Responsibilities**

Initially, duties will be relatively junior whilst you mould the role around current requirements. However, this will evolve and your main duties will include:

- Day to day detailed diary management - meeting coordination (externally and internally), conference calls etc.Control of diaries through Microsoft Outlook
- Day to day office management - filing, printing, scanning, stationery stock management, petty cash, expenses etc)
- Management of simple IT environment - liaison with IT support desk, management of Sharepoint site, hardware
- Preparation for meetings, including room booking, occasional note taking, document preparation and background information ahead of meetings
- Assistance with external document production (e.g. reports, presentations, letters etc)
- General telephone call fielding and screening
- Opening post and actioning accordingly
- Detailed Business travel - arranging visas, flights, hotels, transfers
- Assistant with development of branding (template stationery, website, corporate brochure / presentation etc)
- Other ad hoc projects / initiatives that arise as the office / business scales up

**Temporary Part-time EA/Administrator Requirements**

To be successful in this role you will be a strong Administrator with a flexible and adaptable approach, you may also have experience as an EA/PA which would be beneficial but not essential.

Along with this it is essential to have the below experience and attributes:

- Excellent use of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and people management
- Attention to detail
- Ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines
- Self-starter, proactive, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
