We have a very exciting opportunity for you to join a supportive team within a growing company as their latest Temporary Office Administrator. You will be a calm and efficient problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for working independently, supporting the CEO, CFO and Operations Manager in a varied administration role. A finance qualification would be highly desirable, and a strong understanding of corporationtax would be an advantage, however, they will consider someone who is qualified by experience within previous finance and office administration roles.

**Temporary Part-timeOffice AdministratorResponsibilities**
- General day to day administration management
- Managing client invoicing system and chasing invoices
- Payment reconciliations, making payments on time such as lease renewals, utility bills and rent
- Preparing payroll reports and making changes for starters, leavers, bonuses etc
- Making sure pension details are correct and set up properly on the system and answering pension queries
- Managing staff contracts, pensions and holiday systems
- Petty cash and expenses
- Supporting CFO and Accountant with coding of bills, checking VAT returns and answering accounts queries
- Electronic filing on SharePoint and physical filing
- Ensuring risk assessments are carried out
- Recruitment administration as required
- Contribute towards a supportive, positive and energetic working environment
- Support the company mission and objectives

**Temporary Part-timeOffice AdministratorExperience**
- Advanced MS Excel skills (ability to perform pivot tables, V Look Ups, filtering, etc.) and previous experience of using an accounting software. They use Xero.
- Exceptional attention to detail and curious nature, questioning unknown transactions
- Able to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to quickly identify and rectify mistakes to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently, not afraid to seek advice and support when appropriate
- Previous experience within a finance administration role
- Previous HR administration experience a huge advantage

**Location**

Our client’s modern office is based in East Oxford, with parking available onsite. This is a temporary opportunity which will be ongoing for 2 months at this stage - this is for 20 hours per week, ideally working every day.
