_**JOB PURPOSE**:_

To provide a first class, professional service to MEL/HBSEH Group customers, responding to all enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, whilst supporting internal departments in day-to-day activities. To ultimately ensure customer quotation, sales order processing, status updates, and repair work is completed with-in the deadlines required.
- **PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:_
- Support the Group Operations Manager in all aspects of sales, repairs, status reporting.
- To ensure all quotes are produced and responded to within maximum of 48 hours.
- To process order paperwork to get production scheduling in a timely manner.
- Understanding particular contract agreement with customers.
- Maintain the flexible element within the department, supporting colleagues when necessary.
- Be pro-active in asking for new orders
- Always be confident when dealing with internal and external customers.
- Take a vested interest in MEL products capabilities and services.

- Proven computer skills, working with a stock, sales management system.
- Strong, confident personality with the ability to deliver difficult information.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Flexible & adaptable approach.

- Focused on achieving the best possible approach.
- Highly driven and self-motivated but an excellent team worker.

Desirable Experience
- Ability to read engineering drawings.
- Previous experience in administration within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Exceptional commercial awareness.

**Salary**: Dependent on skills and experience

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
