**The role**:
This position is looking for someone with a keen eye on standardising processes, focussing on aligning creative and trading for tier one clients..

The role will be working alongside the Creative & Technical Operations teams in Singapore as well as the UK. You will be required to work as part of a growing team both on individual projects and clients and collectively with the team. You will be reporting to the Creative & Technical Director located in the Brighton office. This is an exciting time to join our ad operations team.

**About the team**:
The ad operations team sits in between our clients and our trading team and supporting the client services team - it ensures that Crimtan develops strong relationships with all parties and supports the wider teams to deliver the best possible campaign results. You will be a core part of this team.

**Key skills and experience**:
Delivering and executing great campaigns, i.e., ensuring we deliver what was pitched:

- Supporting the client services and trading team by relaying information from the client and creative design team in a timely manner, including pixel setup and tags, creative queries, and timescales etc.
- Fielding requests relating to tracking, banner functionality, campaigns set ups etc.
- Troubleshoot technical and delivery issues, working as a liaison point between the media and creative teams so issues are fixed efficiently
- Liaising between designers and traders with the creative variations for specific audiences and the decision tree flow throughout the lifecycle strategy
- Configuring client and internal tracking both within our platforms and on client sites
- Becoming their go-to, indispensable partner, where the wider team trust your expertise and value your input, be it on campaign execution, specific areas (mobile, brand safety etc.) or wider display strategy
- Going the extra mile in terms of servicing - being pro-active and providing truly bespoke insights during and after campaign
- Understanding the bigger picture by learning about your clients’ products, general industry trends, or developments in digital marketing that may be relevant

Familiarity with JavaScript and Type Script and the Document Object Model (DOM) is a must, but other beneficial competencies include:

- Understanding data formats such as JSON, XML
- Oher programming languages such as Java
- Familiarity with tag managers such as Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- DoubleClick Studio
- Other AdTech tools

**About you**:
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual with a 1-2 years’ experience to join the team, initially on a 6 month fixed-term contract basis. Here are some of the attributes we are looking for:

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
