**Talent Acquisition Advisor (Information Technology)**

**Contract Type**:12 Month Fixed Term

**Salary**:£31,287 - £36,808 depending on experience

**Role Overview**

In addition to the above, you’ll be working in collaboration with the wider HR team to implement a value-added HR function, with the focus on delivering transactional HR processes, compliance, managing employee relations, attracting and retaining key talent.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Headhunt talent across multiple platforms, including social media platforms and job boards, networking within the industry to build the talent pipeline
- Take briefs from hiring managers for their current vacancies and using your expertise and market insight, develop effective recruitment and talent attraction strategies to achieve the best results
- Collaborate with the COE to deliver Talent related projects such as employer brand, D&I initiatives in order to support Cadent’s Positive action objectives
- Work together with the stakeholders to understand talent requirements and ensure workforce plans are in place keeping talent gaps to a minimum
- Advise and coach managers on recruitment and selection methods and processes
- Manage recruitment campaigns and partner managers on the tools available
- Work in partnership with external providers (such as recruitment agencies) to support the recruitment activity

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Recruitment experience in Talent Acquisitions/Recruitment/Resourcing capacity is essential
- Previous recruitment agency background desirable
- Excellent verbal, written communication and listening skills, and ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with different level stakeholders
- Ability to embrace and drive change
- Proactive and positive approach while facing challenges, with a collaborative, solution-focused mindset
- Effective prioritisation and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Customer service orientated
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good planning and organisational skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task to ensure the deadlines are met
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends

Due to the nature of the project, a driving licence is essential for the role as you will be expected to travel for strategy and project meetings when required by the business.
