We're delighted to partner with a high-profile healthcare business looking for a new Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team.
- **The Role**_

This role involves designing and adopting strategies to attract, assess, and hire diverse talent across the business' operating areas. We're looking for an individual who, alongside resourcing, understands the wider view of talent acquisition and can work with respective HR and Finance Business Partners to ensure recruitment is strategically aligned with business objectives.
- **About You**_

For this role, you'll need to know your stuff when it comes to Talent Acquisition. We're looking for someone with an experienced background in recruitment with an appreciation for the 'bigger picture'. We're looking for a credible and talented professional within the Talent Acqusition space who has supported multi-site or large-scale businesses to develop diverse talent pipelines. There is a need to meet stakeholders weekly (or every other week) at sites in Coventry and Harlow.

**Salary**: Up to £50,000.00 per year
