**Job Purpose**:
As the Senior HR Advisor - Future Talent you will primarily be responsible for owning, evolving and delivering the recruitment strategy, execution and end-to-end recruitment for all of our Future Talent positions. You will be reporting into the Head of People - Talent Acquisition and will work alongside the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams and feed into our talent brand strategy as well as partner with our Future Talent Programme Advisors to support the on-boarding and programme design and management.

This role is supported by the wider Talent Acquisition team but is quite stand alone with its deliverables so requires a very hands-on approach and for several months of the year requires extensive travel.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Calendar Management and organisation: Execute and plan comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with Cadent’s future needs and growth objectives.
- Assessment Centres: Design and deliver the Future Talent assessment centres across our network - **_extensive travel required_**:

- Third Party relationships: Collaborate with industry partners to stay informed about emerging trends and ensuring that Cadent remains competitive in attracting future talent
- Working relationships: - Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, hiring managers, and department heads, to understand departmental needs and ensure alignment with talent acquisition strategies
- Communications: Collaborating with Communications to devise and deliver a market leading attraction strategy aimed at our key markets and conveying our new employer brand in a way that is specifically relevant to entry level talent where possible
- Selection strategy: Evaluate recruitment effectiveness, gather feedback, and make continuous improvements to enhance the Future Talent Programmes
- Metrics and KPIs: Implement and monitor diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract and retain talent from underrepresented groups
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including HR, hiring managers, and department heads, to understand departmental needs and ensure alignment with talent acquisition strategies
- Onboarding: Working with onboarding to ensure a smooth first day experienc
- Induction: Establishing and delivering a bespoke induction for each different FT cohort
- Mentoring: Performing the role of a mentor for FT employees for the first year of their journey with Cadent
- Cadent values: Actively demonstrate and promote company values, and positively contribute to a customer oriented approac
- Establish Cadent as a leading employer in the industry by actively participating in relevant events, conferences, and forums.

**Skills and Experience**:
**Qualifications**
- CIPD level 5 or equivalent (ideal but not required)

**Practical Experience**
- Delivering large scale recruitment programmes
- Recruitment of several types of entry level talent (graduates, apprentices)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Stakeholder management
- Organisation and coordination of concurrent workstreams
- Influencing others without hierarchical authority
