**Location:Coventry - Hybrid working available**

**Salary**:£40,000 - £45,000 depending on skills and experience (annual salary increase in July with guaranteed 7.5% rise)

**About The Role**

As the Talent Acquisition Lead you will be managing and leading a team of 5 Talent Acquisition advisors who are responsible for all hiring across the Cadent Network. The advisors are network aligned and some based out in the networks so this role will involvesome travel although working hybrid most of the time. You will support the Head of Talent Acquisition with all operational and some strategic initiatives including the implementation of SuccessFactors, managing the team on day-to-day activities and also directlysupport a couple of central function departments with their recruitment.

**Key accountabilities of our Talent Acquisition Lead will also include**:

- **Team Environment**: Create a team environment conducive to continuous improvement and performance excellence
- **Leadership**:leading the team by demonstrating best practice and driving the desired behaviours.
- **Process improvements**:Identify and understand customer needs/requirements and deliver sustainable process and procedural improvements
- **Metrics and KPIs**:Understand the keep metrics behind successful recruitment delivery and work with the Data and MI team to ensure we have accurate data to manage the team with and share with the organisation
- **Working relationships**: Manage the permanent recruitment preferred suppliers list and actively maintain effective daily interaction with 3rd parties, being sure to guide the team on commercial decisions and strategies
- **Internal relationships**: Develop and maintain strong work partnerships with other internal HR functions, to ensure efficient, effective and collaborative working
- **Stakeholder management**: Supporting the Head of People (Talent Acquisition) and the wider HRSS leadership team to work to enhance our internal brand amongst key stakeholders and the wider organisation
- **Project management**: Proactively lead and manage multiple projects at any one time across the department to completion.

- **Recruitment process management**: Manage recruitment activities, through third parties, to safeguard the company by ensuring the right people, in the right roles are working within the company
